I bought a Citizen Eco Drive watch from Jomashop.com and returned back the item next day by courier for either exchange or cash refund. They simply said that they can not refund nor exchange watch. The watch tag was also not removed and they are complaining that there are scratches. They just want to earn money and make business. Surely they are cheaters.

Fake Michael Kors Bracelet Unable to reach someone directly when I called for an explanation so I reported to BBB. Great selection and prices -- very poor customer service. First -- forget getting online help, that's just a tease and it never worked for me. Second, persistence pays off, and it took me about an hour to get through to a live representative. Third -- the customer service rep talked down to me and argued with me. Even if I am totally ignorant, belittling, arguing and being difficult are not professional or courteous ways to handle customers.... Read more

Horrible customer service and sales staff, I was inquiring about Rolex Daytona, they didn't have any factory model number at the end on the description but had their internal number... I basically got insulted and told I'm *** and not LISTENING to her because there are 2 dial colors and that's why they put a internal number.. my question was why wouldn't they put a actaul factory model number so there are no confusion when consumer buys $15k... Bought a bulova watch for my brother on Christmas of 2015, it's September 2016 hasn't even been a year and the reset button fell off, not due to damage just fell off. Find it hard to believe that being a brand name watch parts would just fall off within this amount of time. You almost lost me after I placed my order. I received an email acknowledgement, and that was it. I called and waited a long time to get someone in the phone. Your chat on the website doesn't work. Ebay rates this company as "five star item as described". How could they if they show almost 140 complaints in a single year? I advise people to stay away from this company. They are thieves!! Please stay away from Jomashop. This is not a serious company. I ordered a Seiko Watch and I received defective with the second hand flying all over the inside of the face. I immediately called them and spoke to a guy named Sean. Explained the situation. I took a picture of the watch and emailed it to him.
