Ordered a watch a week ago and no response nor any updates for a week. Emailed but no response. Finally was able to chat with someone who told me the watch was backordered and would be available in 3-5 weeks. Their excuse was that the website did not update quickly enough. Do not buy purses. A Michael Kors purse code blue coming thru after about 2 weeks and it was out of the warranty. And they said they only accept returns or exchanges if it is in its original condition. They have NO 30 day warranty! Read more

Love these guys, Ignore all the Drama queens that write here There are some that write read worthy review her but WOW some are just way over the top I guess they need to find words to fill in the 100 word cap I buy here most of my watches and will continue, every place has their issues and jomashop is not bullet proof. Purchased an item from them online. Advertising stated 2-3 days for shipping (not business days). Once processed my order, the websites updated itself to "out of stock" status. I have spent more than 10k $ on this website and I cannot get somebody to answer my calls or emails. I placed an order for two watches, but was notified later that one is not in stock, but it's very questionable that they don't mention that when you are shopping. Great prices however staff are useless and very rude. Asked to speak to a supervisor and he was even worse. No customer service skills. Surprised their staff is not better trained. Very disapponted.

Purchased a Tissot from JOMASHOP online. Box arrived via UPS Came timely on October 3rd. Item was not new. At the very best it was an "open box" item, possibly used or refurbished. This online company is a scam. I ordered a watch from them, waiting for 3 months. I emailed asking about my order status, no body answered. I went ahead and bought a watch from Nordstrom. All the sudden, they sent me the watch. I called them, I can return the watch and they will return the credits. However, they received the watch, never seen my credits back. Over the years I've purchased about 10 watches and spent thousands of dollars at Jomashop. No problems until my wife bought me a watch for a gift that I received outside their return period. A normal place would be flexible. I even offered to exchange the watch for another. No dice. I won't use them again
