Horrible customer service
These people are completely RUDE! their product is NOT less than the store if you have to return OR even exchange.
I spoke to "Roy" a supervisor who told me "if you dont want to pay for shipping then dont, keep the product and you wont pay for shipping, we dont have to run our business the way you want" then I asked to escalate the call and he said the only people higher than me are the owners and they are not available! HORRIBLE people to deal with HORRIBLE customer service.
and if for whatever reason you dont like what you get you WILL end up paying more than at the store once you add all the shipping expenses. Will never order from them again.

Stay Away! They sent me an empty box!
I purchased a very expensive watch from Jomashop as a Christmas gift to my father, somebody very important to me that I only get to see a few times a year. I purchased on 12/21 and paid an extra charge to ensure deliver before Christmas.
The package arrived in a small brown box on 12/23. I opened the shipping box to review the product prior to gifting it. Upon doing so, I noticed various marketing materials but no invoice or anything of the such. There was a watch box inside of the shipped box.
I opened the watch box and immediately noticed that there was no watch in it. All I was shipped was a watch box and marketing materials. I immediately tried calling Jomashop but they did not answer. I also e-mailed them directly and submitted a customer service inquiry on their website.
I did not receive any response to these inquiries. Obviously I was then out a gift for Christmas, so the situation was magnified. On Tuesday 12/27, I was finally able to speak to someone on the phone. This was not until after I spent a combined 2 hours on the phone waiting for them.
I was disconnected multiple times while waiting in their customer service ***. Eventually I had to call and go through their menu system indicating I was wanting to contact their sales department instead of the customer service area. When I spoke to the man on the phone, he didn't express any concern or urgency for this situation. I told him I needed a resolution quickly because it was a Christmas gift and the recipient was only in town for a week.
He callously informed me that I would have to wait about 2 weeks for a UPS investigation to be completed before they could do anything. I told him this was unacceptable and that I either needed a new product shipped ASAP or a full refund. He didn't care to resolve this manner and simply passed the buck to UPS. In a move of desperation, I took to their social media account on Instagram where I noticed that I was unfortunately far from the only customer having significant issues with the delivery of products and/or customer service.
When I posted a comment, I got a canned response from whoever runs their account asking for my order number. I provided this to them but nothing has happened since. Their handling of the situation has been unacceptable, and that's not even taking into consideration the fact that I was shipped a box without a product. There is no customer service after you give them your money.
You may or may not get a watch you paid for, and if you didn't you're not going to get any help from them. STAY AWAY!

I placed an order on Rakuten that was fulfilled by Jomashops for a watch. Literally 30 minutes after placing the order online, I requested a cancellation of that order.
No response. Eventually Rakuten responded saying that I'd have to contact Jomashops for my return. This is where things got *** Jomashops refused to cancel the order, the order shipped (4 days after I requested the cancelation), the item was received and Jomashops told me if I wanted to return it I'd need to pay for shipping AND that the shipping fee to me (even if I selected free shipping) would be deducted from my refund.
Rakuten has since tried to get the return going and Jomashops is still refusing. I was sent an RMA (return authorization) which clearly spells out that I am paying shipping back and that I will be charged for the outbound shipping (which was free, but I'll be charged $5-$40) as well.

Resolved: Run away if you can!
I have been contacted by customer service manager from Jomashop, the issue is being resolved.
Almost 4 months ago I ordered a watch that I have never received. And the experience has been a nightmare the whole time! On the day of the purchase the website said it would be shipped in 3-5 weeks. Two weeks later I received an email saying it would take up to 8 weeks to ship. Then no news for a month. When I called the customer service, they told me it would take another 5 to 8 weeks to ship the watch (already 6 weeks after the purchase). When I pointed out that 6 weeks passed already, they agreed to investigate. After several additional calls they told me the watch would be shipped in two weeks.
It shipped, but we were away on vacation and were not able to receive it. Coming back from vacation, I had to call them to arrange another shipment and pay for this additional shipment. Some of customer service assistants are openly rude, by the way. UPS agent delivers to our address rather early and we are still at work at this time. During the first delivery attempt, the delivery agent left a paper notice with several options for us to choose from. We signed the paper, so that the next day the package could be left inside the building. The driver however never left the package inside the building, and despite my daily calls it was impossible to change delivery address or find another arrangement. After 3 attempts the package was left at a UPS facility. The contract Jomashop has with UPS does not allow them to deliver the package to a different address, or allow a different person pick up the package with your authorization. It was impossible for us to pick it up during the opening hours of this UPS facility. Their contract with Jomashop did not allow to extend the number of days the package was kept at the facility either. The package was returned to Jomashop. I requested another shipment, to a different address this time, and again had to provide Credit Card details to pay for the shipment. The person I spoke to took my card details and hang up on me. Next day I receive an email that the card did not process successfully and therefore they will refund the watch… They did not try to call or send an email to verify if card numbers were correct, they completely ignored that I have repeatedly told them I wanted to have the watch shipped.
So almost 4 months and several unpleasant conversations later, we are back to the starting point, never even having seen this 8K dollar watch.

My husband purchased me a watch for Christmas - a $1350 watch. He confirmed that there would be no restocking fee upon return as he wasn't sure I would like the size.
They confirmed no restocking fee whatsoever. As he feared I opened the box and did not like the watch. We called for an RMA number, but was told we had to process RMA online, which we did. Long story short we returned their watch and they refused to refund my husband as they claimed I wore the watch.
How could I have worn the watch when all the plastic was still on the face and clasp. This is their bait and switch tactic and apparently how they keep their prices so low. I NEVER wore the watch. We are going to dispute the credit card charge and fight tooth and nail to make sure these lying jerks get a poorer BBB rating.
I am sickened at the game they are playing with us. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Jomashop's poor service
Customer service was difficult to get ahold of to speak with and was terribly rude and indifferent to the fact that the watch broke after 90 days. They refused to warrant the watch even though it was a mechanical failure. Avoid their products.
Last week, I had the stem pull completely out last week while setting the time. I sent an email on their warranty site and received a reply that the stem is external and not covered under their warranty ??? The stem stop is inside the watch! Wal-mart warrants $15 Timex's better than this!
I cared for this watch and was careful not to over wind it, ect. I was still in the honeymoon phase with this thing.

They consistently bash persons posting legitimate complaints against Jomashop.
Their behavior borders on the criminal. This REALLY needs to be stopped.

agreed, it start fine but WOW does this drama queen go far LOLOL i feel sorry for him or her anyone writing like that and taking their anger out on reps or even a manger show lack of maturity and kinda tells the story itself.
thank you your review made me believe that jomashop is indeed a good place to buy watches , we'll see about the customer service ourselves LOLOL :)
