These people are completely RUDE! their product is NOT less than the store if you have to return OR even exchange.

I spoke to "Roy" a supervisor who told me "if you dont want to pay for shipping then dont, keep the product and you wont pay for shipping, we dont have to run our business the way you want" then I asked to escalate the call and he said the only people higher than me are the owners and they are not available! HORRIBLE people to deal with HORRIBLE customer service.

and if for whatever reason you dont like what you get you WILL end up paying more than at the store once you add all the shipping expenses. Will never order from them again.

Ask for a certain Seiko, was told they only had a diff. watch. Tried to cancel by email as I waited 20 min. and no answer on phone even as they said I was #1 in line. Did not open box I received except to insert return info. They short changed me $5.00 and my lawyer said I was lucky to lose only $5. Still not credited for rest of the payment ($190). on credit card. Have sent 10+ emails no answer yet. Just wanted to warn others when ordering from this site that talking to someone in person is very hard as I have tried but kept on hold every time and my outside limit is 20min. Captain M

Purchased an item from them online. Advertising stated 2-3 days for shipping (not business days). Once processed my order, the websites updated itself to "out of stock" status. I've called the next day to inquire about my order, and was informed that all is in good standing. 2 days later, order stated still processing, called again to inquire about status (3 days have passed by then). lady customer service was unable ago answer my particular questions, such as when will be shipped out, what's the status of my order, if available in stock, where is it being shipped from ??? Accordingly, I've asked to be transferred to customer service mngr. The Manager was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! talked rubbish, and avoided answering my question at all costs! Particularly when I ask to know where is the item coning form! Cancelled my order, instead of resolving my issue, or simply answering my question! My guess the item was never in stock, typical drop shipping business, posing as a fake inventory!!! TO SUM UP, VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE & FAKE PRESENTATION OF INVENTORY, ITEMS ARE BEING DROPPED SHIPPED FROM OTHER UNKNOW LOCATION! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! FRAUD ALL OVER!!!

Your input was very helpful.Please DISREGARD the embarrassingly crude and inappropriate comments from "VAM" and "LIEV BERGER."Another case of "VAM" and "LIEV BERGER" ganging up on another Jomashop customer.What a consistently disgusting and transparent display by LIEV BERGER and VAM.Surely they are employees of Jomashop.

They consistently bash persons posting legitimate complaints against Jomashop.

Their behavior borders on the criminal. This REALLY needs to be stopped.

I ordered two watches for my brothers birthdays on April 9, it is now April 23. I called to see what the status was and they told me they didn't have one of the watches in stock and it wasn't there yet. No one called me, my brothers birthday party is long gone and I was stuck without a gift. I still have no idea what the status is and the customer service representative didn't seem to care! My friend recommended me to use Joma but I would never do it again.

I purchased a very expensive watch from Jomashop as a Christmas gift to my father, somebody very important to me that I only get to see a few times a year. I purchased on 12/21 and paid an extra charge to ensure deliver before Christmas.

The package arrived in a small brown box on 12/23. I opened the shipping box to review the product prior to gifting it. Upon doing so, I noticed various marketing materials but no invoice or anything of the such. There was a watch box inside of the shipped box.

I opened the watch box and immediately noticed that there was no watch in it. All I was shipped was a watch box and marketing materials. I immediately tried calling Jomashop but they did not answer. I also e-mailed them directly and submitted a customer service inquiry on their website.

I did not receive any response to these inquiries. Obviously I was then out a gift for Christmas, so the situation was magnified. On Tuesday 12/27, I was finally able to speak to someone on the phone. This was not until after I spent a combined 2 hours on the phone waiting for them.

I was disconnected multiple times while waiting in their customer service ***. Eventually I had to call and go through their menu system indicating I was wanting to contact their sales department instead of the customer service area. When I spoke to the man on the phone, he didn't express any concern or urgency for this situation. I told him I needed a resolution quickly because it was a Christmas gift and the recipient was only in town for a week.

He callously informed me that I would have to wait about 2 weeks for a UPS investigation to be completed before they could do anything. I told him this was unacceptable and that I either needed a new product shipped ASAP or a full refund. He didn't care to resolve this manner and simply passed the buck to UPS. In a move of desperation, I took to their social media account on Instagram where I noticed that I was unfortunately far from the only customer having significant issues with the delivery of products and/or customer service.

When I posted a comment, I got a canned response from whoever runs their account asking for my order number. I provided this to them but nothing has happened since. Their handling of the situation has been unacceptable, and that's not even taking into consideration the fact that I was shipped a box without a product. There is no customer service after you give them your money.

You may or may not get a watch you paid for, and if you didn't you're not going to get any help from them. STAY AWAY!

I have bought several watches within the last few months from Ashford.com. They have been very consistent with the product's quality and condition.

Yes, while they do not have as wide of the selections as Jomashop.com does, but I took a chance with them and it has been a positive experience so far.

I placed an order on Rakuten that was fulfilled by Jomashops for a watch. Literally 30 minutes after placing the order online, I requested a cancellation of that order.

No response. Eventually Rakuten responded saying that I'd have to contact Jomashops for my return. This is where things got *** Jomashops refused to cancel the order, the order shipped (4 days after I requested the cancelation), the item was received and Jomashops told me if I wanted to return it I'd need to pay for shipping AND that the shipping fee to me (even if I selected free shipping) would be deducted from my refund.

Rakuten has since tried to get the return going and Jomashops is still refusing. I was sent an RMA (return authorization) which clearly spells out that I am paying shipping back and that I will be charged for the outbound shipping (which was free, but I'll be charged $5-$40) as well.

Horrible customer service 2 months later I still have not received the watch I purchased on 1/30/17. There's no one I can speak too. They keep telling me they're waiting for a response from UPS and this is rediculous. I would like to have an opportunity to speak to the president or the owners as Roy the manager suggested I do after placing me on hold because he couldn't handle my frustration nor did he offer a resolution.

This reviewing site attracts the crazy person, if you are crazy and you write crazy your review get posted and adored. If you write like I do and share a positive review here, they will remove it and if you talk about this site, yup they will remove it. So, angry people yes happy people no, freedom of speech GOES BOTH WAYS!! They keep removing my positive reviews, I keep posting them. Again, Freedom of speech goes both ways. At least I do not hide behind Anonymous LOLI had a few more than that 2017 purchase and happened to have found this site when i tried to review them after i have on other sites as wellI come here now for the laughs and to see how people like you embarrass themselves in public but it really kills me when you and others cry after I responded to their childish rants , stat off the web, it is public just in case you did not know!!!I am surprised you even found this review, you had to really dig it up , just shows how low you are willing to go, i almost feel sorry for you now.

Jomashop is the worst seller I have ever encountered or heard about.
Almost 4 months ago I ordered a watch that I have never received. And the experience has been a nightmare the whole time! On the day of the purchase the website said it would be shipped in 3-5 weeks. Two weeks later I received an email saying it would take up to 8 weeks to ship. Then no news for a month. When I called the customer service, they told me it would take another 5 to 8 weeks to ship the watch (already 6 weeks after the purchase). When I pointed out that 6 weeks passed already, they agreed to investigate. After several additional calls they told me the watch would be shipped in two weeks.
It shipped, but we were away on vacation and were not able to receive it. Coming back from vacation, I had to call them to arrange another shipment and pay for this additional shipment. Some of customer service assistants are openly rude, by the way. UPS agent delivers to our address rather early and we are still at work at this time. During the first delivery attempt, the delivery agent left a paper notice with several options for us to choose from. We signed the paper, so that the next day the package could be left inside the building. The driver however never left the package inside the building, and despite my daily calls it was impossible to change delivery address or find another arrangement. After 3 attempts the package was left at a UPS facility. The contract Jomashop has with UPS does not allow them to deliver the package to a different address, or allow a different person pick up the package with your authorization. It was impossible for us to pick it up during the opening hours of this UPS facility. Their contract with Jomashop did not allow to extend the number of days the package was kept at the facility either. The package was returned to Jomashop. I requested another shipment, to a different address this time, and again had to provide Credit Card details to pay for the shipment. The person I spoke to took my card details and hang up on me. Next day I receive an email that the card did not process successfully and therefore they will refund the watch… They did not try to call or send an email to verify if card numbers were correct, they completely ignored that I have repeatedly told them I wanted to have the watch shipped.
So almost 4 months and several unpleasant conversations later, we are back to the starting point, never even having seen this 8K dollar watch.

Jomashop - Movado Watch Review

I bought a Movado watch for my father, a retired vet. When it arrived, one of the links attaching the band to the watch was off. I thought maybe that was for sizing. When my father put the watch on, the clasp kept popping off. I sent it back within the 30 days to exchange it for the black faced model instead of the mirror since my father joked he had a hard time seeing it. Jomashop returned it to me with the link off again & they didn't even put it back on the watch mount so it must've banged around the box in shipping it back to me. Customer service was rude & basically called me a liar about the link being off. I'll tell everybody I know & post on all social media to avoid those crooks!

My husband purchased me a watch for Christmas - a $1350 watch. He confirmed that there would be no restocking fee upon return as he wasn't sure I would like the size.

They confirmed no restocking fee whatsoever. As he feared I opened the box and did not like the watch. We called for an RMA number, but was told we had to process RMA online, which we did. Long story short we returned their watch and they refused to refund my husband as they claimed I wore the watch.

How could I have worn the watch when all the plastic was still on the face and clasp. This is their bait and switch tactic and apparently how they keep their prices so low. I NEVER wore the watch. We are going to dispute the credit card charge and fight tooth and nail to make sure these lying jerks get a poorer BBB rating.

I am sickened at the game they are playing with us. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I had a similar problem with Jomashop when I bought my girlfriend a Women's Gucci Twirl watch. The dial or actual works of the watch fell out and were lost after she had only used the watch a few times.

Jomashop would not replace or repair the watch and said their 2 year warranty did not cover this. Their warranty is bogus and their products, if defective like this one, are not legitimately warrantied.

Customer service was difficult to get ahold of to speak with and was terribly rude and indifferent to the fact that the watch broke after 90 days. They refused to warrant the watch even though it was a mechanical failure. Avoid their products.

I bought a $425 expensive Hamilton Khaki mechanical watch on November 18, 2016, which was three months ago. It came with a two year warranty, which was in large part why I decided to part with that much money on a watch.

Last week, I had the stem pull completely out last week while setting the time. I sent an email on their warranty site and received a reply that the stem is external and not covered under their warranty ??? The stem stop is inside the watch! Wal-mart warrants $15 Timex's better than this!

I cared for this watch and was careful not to over wind it, ect. I was still in the honeymoon phase with this thing.
