You need to afford the package lost by yourself, never buy items from them.
I bought something from JomaShop.com for a thanks giving gift. The UPS said my package was delivered on 10/16/2015, but I never found it. So I contact with JomaShop for the lost. And till now 12/09/2015, they still refuse to resend/refund me because the UPS cannot located the package!
What a reason it is? It should be the business between JomaShop and UPS, not mine. I took tons of phone call to JomaShop and UPS. UPS said they're still taking the investigation but I should be able to contact JomaShop to get a refund. But JomaShop insist that they need to wait the investigation result from UPS, before that they CANNOT do anything. Comparing the Macy's, the customer service of JomaShop is nothing. I'm totally frustrated with JomaShop.
Now, it has been almost 2 months, it has missed the Thanksgiving. And I believe it will miss the Chrismas as well.

Bought several watches for Christmas presents and needed to send one back. Had absolutely no luck in getting a return authorization.
Filed a dispute with PayPal and got my RMA. Now after 15 days of them receiving my return I haven't got my refund. I contacted PayPal again and waiting for my refund. Terrible customer service.

Do not order from them! not existing items in stock, no customer support
Placed order on 23/12/2015, paid for it. was expecting to get it till 31/12 to present as a NY gift, but apparently they don't have desired items in stock.
I asked to remove not available items for several times - not a single response from them! 6 days no response. what a great service. no way to buy from them again!
now I have 2 days to New Year and no gifts for my family. More than 1000 USD frozen.
Terrible customer service!!! Jomashop is not a reliable place at all!

Incredibly pathetic customer service
No Invoice card, no warranty card
I recently bought a lady's longines watch with Jomashop, the item came with no invoice and no warranty card, I was shocked! Called their customer service multiple times, the calls were always on long hold, and I was told the invoice is the order confirmation email itself and and I DON'T HAVE A WARRANTY CARD WITH LONGINES only with jomashop, and even for that, i don't have any paper certificate to proof!!!
How ridiculous!!!!! what kind of company is this?
I spent a $1000 on a luxury watch and with no warranty. Very disappointed and will never buy anything from Jomashop again!!!!
