This is the worst!!

Three weeks ago, I ordered a watch over $10,000 from Jomashop. A little nervous but I saw some good reviews and hoped for the best. They got approval from Amex for the charge and never shipped the watch. I call and call Jomashop and the answering system hangs up on you time after time. It is an endless loop. Now they are trying to charge my card again for the same watch that still never shipped. I think this is how they run. I think they advertise merchandise they don't have try with hopes of getting it before customer complains.

I bought a watch from Jomashop and looked at for about 10 minutes. The watch was defective and stopped every minute. I called, got RMA and mailed it back via FedEx (which cost extra $$). I never had it sized or even wore it! When they got it back, they declined the refund saying that the watch has scratches on it and only eligible for repair but need to send the watch to the manufacturer because Jomashop has no parts. This is not even possible since I never even wore the watch. I called and spoke to a manager and explained to him that the watch was never worn and came defective. He said that there was nothing he could do to help me and that after repair(another 8-10 weeks) they were going to ship the watch back to me. Today is 12/29. Called them. They said "we can have the refund processed but we are missing the box and manual for the watch". Strange? Do I need the box and manual without watch? Told them that I've sent everything. Their question "You definitely returned everything?". Can you imagine how they are doing business? This is FRAUD. Also blocked me and other people from posting negative reviews on Facebook.

I bought something from JomaShop.com for a thanks giving gift. The UPS said my package was delivered on 10/16/2015, but I never found it. So I contact with JomaShop for the lost. And till now 12/09/2015, they still refuse to resend/refund me because the UPS cannot located the package!

What a reason it is? It should be the business between JomaShop and UPS, not mine. I took tons of phone call to JomaShop and UPS. UPS said they're still taking the investigation but I should be able to contact JomaShop to get a refund. But JomaShop insist that they need to wait the investigation result from UPS, before that they CANNOT do anything. Comparing the Macy's, the customer service of JomaShop is nothing. I'm totally frustrated with JomaShop.

Now, it has been almost 2 months, it has missed the Thanksgiving. And I believe it will miss the Chrismas as well.

Buy with PayPal

Bought several watches for Christmas presents and needed to send one back. Had absolutely no luck in getting a return authorization.

Filed a dispute with PayPal and got my RMA. Now after 15 days of them receiving my return I haven't got my refund. I contacted PayPal again and waiting for my refund. Terrible customer service.

Watch arrived looking perfect but watch band popped off first day and obviously wasn't secured properly. This caused scratches on the face. Two days later the battery died. I called and was told I could only be refunded for a battery change. When I asked for a manager I got a rambling, combative, completely unhelpful one named Roy. I am a customer for 10-12 years and this was my first issue. I'm so frustrated with Roy and the customer service of Jomashop in through with them forever. I'm going to post my story on every watch forum I know, and I know them all.

I had my jeweler fix the pin in the band bc I don't own a tool. Roy clearly doubted my story that the band popped off so I offered to give him my jeweler's business number to verify (guy has been in business over 30 years) but Roy again doubted the validity of his word and added a story of how a jeweler had lied to him about a different service issue with a different customer.

Do not order from them! not existing items in stock, no customer support

Placed order on 23/12/2015, paid for it. was expecting to get it till 31/12 to present as a NY gift, but apparently they don't have desired items in stock.

I asked to remove not available items for several times - not a single response from them! 6 days no response. what a great service. no way to buy from them again!

now I have 2 days to New Year and no gifts for my family. More than 1000 USD frozen.

Terrible customer service!!! Jomashop is not a reliable place at all!

Agreed! Tried 2 times to get 2 different watches.

Waited 2 months patiently with no updates. Customer service would only tell you we do not know when we will have it!

Incredibly pathetic customer service

Jomashop offers only good prices. Expect ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in terms of customer service. They can just not ship out ur watches and tell you after a 3 week wait that they cannot fulfill your order, or just misplace your package and take 2 months to resolve the issue (saying we will investigate it with UPS) and then another 2 months to give your refund... I'm like you do your thing with UPS, you can clearly tell the package is lost, just refund me my money! Imagine, i call them from out of the USA so my phone bill equaled my order value.

No Invoice card, no warranty card

I recently bought a lady's longines watch with Jomashop, the item came with no invoice and no warranty card, I was shocked! Called their customer service multiple times, the calls were always on long hold, and I was told the invoice is the order confirmation email itself and and I DON'T HAVE A WARRANTY CARD WITH LONGINES only with jomashop, and even for that, i don't have any paper certificate to proof!!!

How ridiculous!!!!! what kind of company is this?

I spent a $1000 on a luxury watch and with no warranty. Very disappointed and will never buy anything from Jomashop again!!!!

They have no customer service and if you try to call the phone number you get voicemail and NO return call. After all the problems I had with them I return the watch to find out that they are charging me back for the "free" shipping.. They are scam company!!! i order a watch and pay $18 extra for the 3 day shipping. i didnt received my watch and when i called i would be kept on hold for over an hour so at the end they can just hang up on me and tell me to try again later. do not shop here people this place its a total scam,i also try the live chat and that dont work either and the email eithr, they say you will get a respond in 24 hours and it already been 4 days and no respond.

bought a watch, and wanted to return it. Jomashop requires you to have a return authorization number. I had to input my sales number online. The system said that my sales number didn't exist. I sent 4 emails to jomashop letting them know the problem and what I was trying to do. No email response. I called several times. The first time they didn't answer, recorded message. 2nd and 3rd times, the number was not in service. And the last time, at 4pm today, they said they were gone for the day, and office hours were done. (suppose to be 6pm). I am not a happy camper and will not do business with them again. So annoyed!!!

recently ordered a watch for my son thru Jomashop. i was disappointed to find no invoice in the box and only a 45 day window in which to warranty the watch. it seems unprofessional to not included an invoice with the item, in the event that you forget to make a copy when the order is placed. Also, they offered to have customers enter to win a $500 reward on their website, when i went in to enter, it sent me on a wild goose chase and i never did find where to sign up. even though the price on this watch was good, i'm not going to be using this website in the future.

The worst customer service. I received my brand new watch with a scratch on it. Submitted for a return request. Five days later, still no resolution. Call talked to customer service (had to choose sales option to get through), the lady sounded rude. Challenged me on when i submitted the request. Told me I had to pay for shipping. Do yourself a favor and pay a few more $ to get better service somewhere else.

I just called to buy a watch and inquired about a discount they had running and the lady was not helpful so I asked for the person who could make price concessions and I believe his name Ozick. The guy was pleasantly rude.

Would not work with me and I even asked him if I was bothering him.

They asked me to pay for their faults. I would not want to say my terrible experience because every time I mentioned it I feel sick with my heart.

I am a watch collector and I concentrate on Jaeger Reversos. I have purchased three of them from Jomasshop and I can tell you that they offer the best price on the internet. You have to know that they do not spend a lot of time with you. They are not a concierge service so do your due diligence ahead of time. Know also that they have a restocking fee for returns of watches over $5000.00, or they will also give you a credit. Do not expect warranty cards because you are not paying for a warranty card. I would stick to high end name watch brands. If you know your watches, they really are the best on the internet.
