They took my money and never ship out the item that I ordered
I placed an order of a lady watch from Jomashop.com on Nov 6th 2018. They never ship out my order, after the first week that I placed the order from their website, I login to my account and check the Order Status on their website, it show as "Processing", which is the same status as the day that I placed this order. So I sent them an email and try to see what is wrong with my order. 3 days after the first email I sent, I got reply from one of their people Rina, in her email she said "Your order will be shipping out in the next 2 days and a tracking number will be emailed to you." Ok, after I wait another 2 days, I still hear any update from them, not even a tracking number of my item. I sent them email again, and I never hear anything from them. I call in to their customer service on Nov 15th 2018, a guy picked up the call. The guy talked with me in a very rude attitude, he basically saying that there are nothing wrong of my order, and my order has been sent to their warehouse department, and my item will be ship out on that day. Nov 16th 2018, which is the next day I made the first call, I still did not receive any tracking number in my email, so I call in the 2nd time to their customer service. The same guy picked the call, he told me the same *** just like what I hear from him from the first phone call, and he added that he will make a note to their warehouse, and he promised that my stuff will be ship out on the next Monday.
Nov 19th 2018, it has been 14 days after the day I placed the order, the seller accept the pending payment from my Paypal. I thought it they finally working on my item. Unfortunately, I wait for a whole day till 4PM, and still did not see any update on my order. I call in to their customer service twice today, this time is a women picked up the call, and she told me that my order will definitely be ship out by today, and I will be receive a tracking number in my email around 7PM. I waited again, the seller still did not ship out the item, nothing show up in my email.
I wonder how ridiculous this company is. After waiting for such a long time and not shipping out my order, I decide to cancel my order from them. This company is just crazy and unreliable. Consider of such a bad quality of business of this company, I am really worry if I could get back my money from them.
I am still working on the refund process, will be update if I end up to anything. ***

I BOUGHT A WATCH FROM JOMASHOP, THEIR LOGISTICS MANAGER HOPE IS A SICK INDIVIDUAL.I BOUGHT A WATCH FROM JOMASHOP, THEIR LOGISTICS MANAGER HOPE IS A SICK INDIVIDUAL TOGETHER WITH FAITH AND DEE.THEY RIP CUSTOMERS OFF ESPECIALLY THE WATCHES THAT ARE OVER A 1000 DOLLARS FORGET GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. DON'T BE A VICTIM OF THEIR COMPANY.
THEY ARE FRAUDS AND THIEVES. OVER A WEEK NOW AND NO REFUND AT ALL I CALLED AND CALLED NOTHING HAS HAPPENED AND THE BIGGEST THIEVE IS THEIR CEO HIDES HIMSELF FROM ALL OF THIS. THIS IS A WARNING DON'T BE THEIR VICTIM THEY HAVE ROBBED ME OFF MY MONEY. I CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES NO ANSWER.
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PLAY GAMES TO KEEP IT.
THEIR STAFF FAITH AND DEE ARE RUDE STAFF AND VULGAR. HOPE THE MANAGER IS A VERY SICK PERSON.

Sold me broken or fake watch
I bought TAG Heuer Carrera from them. It arrived loose in the box and several things were broken. But the main part - the watch did not keep the time! So I ran the serial number on Trusted but it didn't show as genuine. I contacted their support and after I got tru their BS they approved me to return the watch.
You think it's over? *** no - they kept me hanging for several weeks and then they told me no refund because of the scratch on the watch! But I told them about those things SAME DAY I got the watch!!! So now - no money, no watch (they told me they will ship it to me but who need broken fake watch?!)
I closed the dispute with my CC because they promised me to issue a refund.
Guys, if you wanna good watch - just look elsewhere. This schmacks should be out of business...

New Watch Defective
I bought a watch from them and it didn't work. I don't think it was a new watch.
You'd think they would check it before they ship them out. When I emailed them, they told me to have a new battery put in! As absurd as this is, I did it and the watch still didn't work. They emailed me a return authorization but I have to pay the shipping!
I would not buy from them again. I just ordered a much more expensive watch from another site and instead of Jomashop's in house warranty, I will have a manufacturers warranty. I sent the watch back today and now I will need to wait for a couple of weeks until they if they are going to repair or replace it.
I told them I want a new watch that works. Last resort, I cancel the charge on my credit card.

I ordered a watch for an event two weeks in advance, specifically selecting a watch with a 1-3 business day expected shipping date. Soon after I placed the order, I was told that it wasn't in their warehouse and it would be an additional 3-5 business days.
It has now been 8 and they are not responding to my inquiries. Also, I noticed that the "ships is 1-3 days" stayed up on the product page the entire time, purposefully misleading customers.
The product will not arrive in time for its intended purpose and they have not offered any compensation.
I will update the review to include quality when/if my order has been received.

I was told return policy was extended for holidays-they never explained for exchange only. Buyers beware. I’ll never shop here again and am spreading the word to everyone I know.
Customer Service is horrible too, especially Faith! Very rude as this review stated.
