Fragrance & Leather Goods
I purchased some fragrance and leathers goods from Jomashop and after my own follow up I was told they don't stock the fragrance and had to be ordered from their supplier. Well, after two weeks and follow up again, the continue to say it's going to be next week.
First off, if they don't stock, say so on the image, and second, let the customer know. I called customer service and the CS manager was rude to the point I cancelled my order.
They come across as if they are doing you a favour buying from them, I prefer paying more now to support my local retailer as well I will receive my purchase on the spot. Hopefully everyone reads these posts and supports local retailers and or worthy online retailers.

Great selection and prices -- very poor customer service.
First -- forget getting online help, that's just a tease and it never worked for me.
Second, persistence pays off, and it took me about an hour to get through to a live representative.
Third -- the customer service rep talked down to me and argued with me. Even if I am totally ignorant, belittling, arguing and being difficult are not professional or courteous ways to handle customers. One of us paid money and needs help, the other is a paid representative of the company.

Horrible customer service and sales staff, I was inquiring about Rolex Daytona, they didn't have any factory model number at the end on the description but had their internal number... I basically got insulted and told I'm *** and not LISTENING to her because there are 2 dial colors and that's why they put a internal number..
my question was why wouldn't they put a actaul factory model number so there are no confusion when consumer buys $15k watch... and I told her I didn't appreciate her tone.. she hung up on me :) and I called 3 times after and she hung up 3 times after.
Can't believe you guys are paying her for the jobs she does..
obviously she hates her job..

You almost lost me after I placed my order. I received an email acknowledgement, and that was it.
I called and waited a long time to get someone in the phone. Your chat on the website doesn't work. The person with whom I spoke casually indicated that the order would go out in time. I ordered with overnight shipment.
My bank account didn't indicate a withdrawal until after I received the order. The first indication of shipment came the night before it was due. The statement indicated that it would arrive 3 days after I required it to arrive. The next tracking message came several hours before my deadline.
The was still no withdrawal from my bank account, not even at the time that the package was delivered. During that time, my phone calls to your we're unanswered. There was no response and I was on hold to long. I wrote several emails during the day before and on the day of expected delivery.
There were no reply to them until I write requesting to cancel the order, and to that, you indicated that you would not refund or accept a return. If there was no one there to receive the package, FedEx would have left it at the door and it would have been stolen.
I'm very dissatisfied with your company. The only thing that worked in this experience is the watch I purchased.
Amazingly Poor Customer Service
Purchased TAG HEUER. It was not working when received.
I called immediately and returned it the next day FOR A REFUND. Since I needed this watch for a sailing trip overseas the following week, and they said they could not exchange that the original purchase that quickly, I ordered separately from them the same model express shipping - anticipating a refund on the returned timepiece. I explained this intention to their customer service agent who thought it fine. The second watch ordered arrived with no problem.
But now they are sending me back the first watch I purchased. I have called and emailed them on numerous occasions stating that the first watch was being RETURNED, not being sent in for repair or exchange. Why would I want a $1500 watch that was originally sent to me broken? And I don't want two of the same watch.
I've been trying to reach a live person this entire past week. No answer on phone or live chat. No response via Facebook or emails. I was willing to take a credit opposed to refund.
The prices are nice but you are taking a chance the watch could arrive defective and there is zero customer service. Stick to brick and mortar stores for luxury time pieces.
I've taken my case to BBB. We'll see what happens.

"If you wish to respond, I think it's best if you did only after you removed the reviews as I cannot offer farther responses. I offer this response only because I care about the issue and I do not like that we sent you the watch the way we did, I apologize deeply, if you wish to return the watch email return via contact us pages they will consider the request. I am sorry but I will not respond as long as your intention are the same.

The warranty is a scam...stay away
Watch stopped telling time w/in a few months of buying. Jomashop agreed it was covered under warranty and said up to 8 weeks to return.
Been 20 weeks now and they will not tell me when I'm getting the watch back. Do not take the risk...it's not worth it. The company is basically holding my watch hostage and I have no recourse. I'm not even sure they will return it unfixed.
Over the last 5 months they have lied to me repeatedly telling me the watch will be fixed in 3 weeks.
I've never seen anything like this and I have only myself to blame buying a gray market good. Lesson learned.

BEWARE!!! Credit Card Was Charged for More than TWICE the Purchase Amount!!!
I placed an order that total $1,009.71 from Jomashop on 5/23. Their website said they only charge for order when the order ships.
This was NOT true in my case as my credit card was charged the FULL $1,009.71 as soon as I placed the order. Not a good start but I was ok with it until the next day, when they shipped the partial order (they didn't have the entire order in stock which their website failed to disclosed) and I was charged an ADDITIONAL $672.36 for the shipped part of the order ON TOP of the $1009.71. The next day after shipment, I was charged ANOTHER $672.36 on my card. So for a $1009.71 order, I was charged a total of $2354.43!!!
I called customer support and was put on hold forever while the rude customer service rep said he would try to get a hold of their 'billing' department only to come back to tell me that he would have to call me back cause their 'billing' department was not answering the call!!! I have not yet received a call back! Granted part of the charges ($1682.07 worth) are in pending status still and thank God I used a credit card for payment. If you purchase from them make sure you don't use a debit card cause your bank account balance would go down significantly as they place unauthorized charges to your account while you wait for the pending charges to maybe fall off (or not)...
No help at all from their customer support.
The savings are NOT worth it to me given their bad business practice and I do not plan to buy from them again.

Seiko Watch Battery Replacement Review
Warranty screw up, horrible customer service
Bought a watch through them that I sent in for a warranty repair after receiving.
Took them 2 months to repair and another 1 month to finally get around to shipping the watch back.
Called several times in between and each time was assured that everything was in order.
Received the watch only to find out it was the wrong model watch.
Called to complain and they insisted there was nothing they could do except file a claim with the post office.
Good deal only until you need the watch serviced. Then you'll find out you didn't get quite as good as bargain. Customer service is horrible.

They consistently bash persons posting legitimate complaints against Jomashop.
Their behavior borders on the criminal. This REALLY needs to be stopped.
