Jomashop - Brand new Bulova...delivered...doesn't run!!
As the title says...Had bought 5 watches from Jomashop...No problem. Ladies Bulova....$350.
Delivered (slowely).....didnt run. Called and NICELY told Jomashop Customer NO-Service rep Ashley situation. Told me "I" should take to a jewelry store and have checked out! ME..!
I suggested I send it back and they send me another one ASAP! She told me NO and that was that........Was getting ready to order my first OMEGA for Christmas.......F That!!! Dont buy from this company. That was *** Poor Service.....Im done with Jomashop !!!!!
Jomashop promises superior customer service and sales.
Has a nice flashy website...but when it comes down to it, just another company that doesn't care for its customers. Rather lose a lifelong customer who would have bought many watches ....over a simple problem!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $90.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Jomashop Cons: Customer service, Customer service is a literal joke - find better employees.
