Hello, I purchased a purse from jomashop for my fiance. I bought it about 2 months before I actually gave it to her.
When she opened it (Left in original packaging) a clasp was broke on the Michael Kors $130 purse. When I called them they told me there was nothing they could do since i was past the 30 days. I offered to PAY to have the purse fixed and they insisted there was nothing they could do. I even offered to PURCHASE a clasp and fix it myself to no avail.
When purchasing from Jomashop expect cheap prices, less than poorest quality products, and horrible customer service.
What a Jokeashop. Shop somewhere else.
