Purchased an expensive watch that band as delivered was to sloppy on my wrist so I removed 1 half link and bracelet was too tight. Called, waited 10 minutes on hold, person on phone was typing away. I asked for another 1/2 and they said I'd have to go to an authorized Citizen dealer. Rude and not worth my future business.

Order Number M16B7648 I purchased an $800 Mont Blanc Blue Hour pen. I got an email stating it was backordered. I replied to the email and asked regarding the delay. I received an email stating the item has shipped. What I received was a Mont Blanc black classic pen. I am more than mad. Let's see how they handle this because this lack of quality control is totally not acceptable.

Horrible customer service. They sold me used scratched watch as new. They even charged me shipping fee for return shipping. I will never buy anything from them ever. Jomashop is in business of selling gray market and scratch and dent watches. Stay away from them if you are looking for new watch.
