Bought a DS Caimano....came in its protective plastic etc....was pleased with it so wore it to my office job...however I noticed after about a day that the two sides of the case at the 9 o'clock position did not meet as though they had been praised part slightly...also many scratch marks in the area. Sent it back to Jomashop from UK and they won't replace it because I have worn the watch....even though the defect was in the watch and nothing to do with wearing it....ruins the watch for me....money down the drain

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Seen

Here is the story of me, the worst online shopping experience. On July 9th, I purchased a gift for my husband, when I checked out, I used my phone and paid via Paypal, it was very strange, I swear I typed my house's address, and billing address right, but when I got the confirmation email, I found the shipping address had changed to my billing address of Paypal automatically. I have left that apartment like 7 months ago, no one would help me receive the package. (I barely use Paypal, so I forgot to change the address). Anyway, Their business locates in NYC, and I am in Vegas, so the time when I put the order, their office was closed, I understand the situation. The website says "if you want to change the address, contact customer service department", so I emailed them right after the order was made. Please note that was July 9th. In the morning of the next day at 9am Eastern Time, I called the customer service department and told them I would like to change the address, two different guys talked to me and told me that my package had been shipped. (EXCUSE ME, IT'S ONLY BEEN A FEW HOURS, AND WHY NOBODY CHECKED THE EMAIL?), they were very mean and said the package had left, the address was provided by me, so they couldn't do anything about it. I was a little bit upset, so I decided to wait until the package in transit, and call USPS and find a solution. Today is July 11th, guess what? The package is still "pre shipment", I also work in e-Commerce industry, I know exactly what that means, it means the USPS never go there and pick up the packages. So my package is still in the warehouse, and even though the customer service agent knows that the package will absolutely get lost if they ship it out, but they prefer do nothing. I just feel everything is ridiculous, first of all, the system changed my address for some reason, if I knew it, I would use my bank card to pay the gift instead of PayPal. Second, I emailed them less than 5 minutes right after my order made, but no one checked the email, and they blamed me that it was my fault to provide the wrong address. Third, the package is still in the warehouse after 48 hours, no one cares about it, they lie each time when I email them and say the package has shipped. They can't do anything about it. I really don't know what to do, the whole situation is awful. Both me, the team of Jomashop, we all know the package will be lost, and the package is still in their warehouse, but they deny to do anything about it, I have to wait the package is in transit and call USPS, be honest, I have no idea if USPS is willing to help with changing the receiver's address or interrupt the shipment. Guys, please make sure when you shop on jomashop.com, if your payment method is PayPal, beware of the last step of payment.

Read completely for this is a true and honest review from someone that had very little good experience with this company. Sorry so long but there is a lot of good honest info contained in this review you should know about JS.com before buying. I can’t stress this more that if you have an issue with this company like I’ve had, see below, you should take the time and report them to the NY BBB and or the NY Attorney General like I did. I am sure if they get enough negative reports they will investigate the company and it's CS practices. Also take the time to read the negative reviews because you will see this is an on going issue with JSs CS. And defiantly do not believe a word that the responding employee/s will write in response to a negative review. I wrote the guy straight out and he completely ignored my email. Just Bad CS!!! Also to be fair I do not believe JS sells fake items, just some sketchy products and then offer poor CS. Jomashops' fail #1: Pre-owned Panerai Radiomer Black Seal watch; the display box was damaged and not recorded in the sale listing, strap was wrong from pictures in the listing, bad time keeping out of the box, stem and crown pulling out after five months and after 4-5 months wait, a week of trying to find out what was up with my watch and reporting them to the BBB and AG I was told it would not be fixed and was offered a shop credit. I believe Jomashop got my watch back and because it was such a nice clean watch they fixed, relisted it and sold it. Because what else would they do with a beautiful $4000.00+ Panerai Luxury watch that just needed the stem replaced, throw it away, no? That service is easy and pretty inexpensive. I know this seeing I am friends with many jewelers and watch repair people. Then they pretty much made me take a store credit. I felt because of my experience JS.com’s customer service is so bad I did not want a credit but decided I would use it. Bad idea I should have filed a law suit against them to get my watch or money back. After using some of my credit my next headaches started. Jomashops' fail #2: JS shipped the items to the wrong address. This is about a 70/30 70% JS, 30% me seeing my info given should have been questioned when it was received wrong. The sales rep asked if my shipping address she provided was correct. My response was yes with what I thought was my address, yet my phone auto corrected and I did not notice. In this case the rep should have questioned that but she did not so the very expensive package got shipped wrong. Luckily I was able to have a local police officer meet me at the wrong address and retrieve the package without incident. In this order I received a $500+ MontBlanc pen with bad ink and no option for JS to replace the ink. Also after a week of looking they could not find one of the items I had decided on. This is known to buyers whom have had a bad CS experience due to the same issue. JS often does not keep watches in their warehouse leaving the buyer not knowing if they will ever receive the watch they thought was available. As well the Charriol watch I picked was not as described and had water/condensation issues during it’s first wear so back it went. That watch has a 10bar/100meter resistance rating so this makes Zero sense seeing it was never submerged into water. See next fail for CS out come for this issue. Jomashops' fail #4: Charriol watch; watch had water/condensation under crystal after one wear in 4 days and never submerged. After two weeks in JS possession I was told the watch would not be warrantied due to damage to the case, of which was from tools and most positively happened in the two weeks they had it. I found out nothing was done to the watch until the day before I was called and told it was damaged and would not be warrantied. I have pictures of the damage and one of the tests that clearly shows the date it was tested. Never mind they only tested the watch at 3bar/30m, which is only a third of what the watch is rated. sketchy people. Why did they not test it to it’s proper resistance pressure? Because they are horrible, sketchy people to deal with and a bunch of hacks. After three weeks they sent the same watch back to me and that was that. Never mind ignoring my emails asking why they were sending a watch back that clearly was not tested correctly and had issues. Over view; JS has good deals, that is if you get a good product and do not have to deal with JS CS. I am not the first and or will be the last that will encounter that which is too bad. It’s easy for a company to brag millions of happy customers when the customers Never have to deal with the human element at the business. It’s the after sale experience that matters for good CS. I have dealt with many companies CS’s and never have I had such a bad experience like this. Here are some awesome examples of proper and good CS. I own a motorcycle and when the after market exhaust failed, 5 years after the purchase, the company replaced a $500.00+ exhaust system free with no questions asked, proper CS. As well recently my trimmer blade failed and again it was replaced no questions asked. These are only two examples I have had with great and proper CS. Good companies will honor the customer way before themselves. As well good CS is taking care of the customer after a purchase. Well JS does not care about the after purchase CS and cares only about themselves and getting rid of their questionable product. All in all if you choose to buy with JS keep your fingers crossed you never have to deal with the people that work for them, they are not on your side and could care less. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

2 defective watches now I have to pay to ship back!

First watch never worked. Immediately sent back and Jomashop sent return label. Second watch worked for 2 weeks. Was told I had to replace battery before they would allow return. $10 battery still defective. Now they say I have to pay to ship it back?!

Do not send a gift with this company because unless the customer calls at mediately they will not be able to return an item for credit. Terrible customer service. I give them a one out of 10 for trying to help a customer resolve an issue

I recently placed an order on Joma Shop, a couple of days before valentine’s day. It is my husbands V Day gift. As soon as the website loaded I was greeted by a “FASTSHIP” promo code, that guaranteed that my order would arrive on the 14th based on my zip code . I used the promo code and placed my order. When I received my tracking info email, I clicked on the link and to my surprise, the gift would not arrive until 2 days after it was promised. I called customer service to see if there was anything they could do, and the man I spoke with on the phone was not the least bit interested in helping me. Instead he told me I the code “FASTSHIP” was not for fast shipping, but standard shipping (makes no sense). He told me it was not true, when I insisted it was he said “well then show me” I pulled it up immediately on my laptop and told him I’d found it. He was not interested. He told me to place the same order and this to pay for the next day shipping, and just return the other when it arrives. He didn’t offer to help me with this. He interrupted me every time I responded to him. It felt like he was making it all up as he went so he wouldn’t have to deal with it. I haven’t received my package yet so hopefully when it does arrive, everything is good there.

If you whine like this over a lame gift, life with you must be a joy(sarcasm font). In conclusion, no one cares. Did the man get his @## from you? Is he happy with you?

That's all that matter. If not, I hope he's hiding assets and has an escape plan in place

I purchased a watch and i noticed it was too big, i am traveling now and when i get back to be able to return it i will be 15 days overdo their 30 day period, they will not make an exception. It is definitely not worth saving $5-10 on watch if the service is of this caliber.

I went on your website ordered and paid for a watch that was almost $300 on December 12th as of today I still haven't received it I got emails every week or so saying soon as it came in it would be shipped to me cuz I even paid extra for 2 day shipping now that the product is in one of your representatives name Rita is trying to tell me that it wasn't paid for so I sent her screenshots of my receipt for purchase and she still trying to tell me it's not paid for it was supposed to be a Christmas present and I would like my merchandise place it's been over a month

Never got my watch. When i asked are they going to ship or not, if not then i want to cancel purchase.

With no explains they just canceled like they didnt care. Still didn't get my money back , hopefully you didnt lie there too.

So yes, Jomashop suck, DON'T BUY FROM THEM. I wish your business will stop existing, merry Christmas!

They are also liars.

They have misleading information in the description of the item so be careful, they will lie to obtain sales which is sad. Stop lying to people.

They are good at selling watches, but the warranty they provide has no merit. You are far better off paying the 5-10% more and getting it from an authorized retailer who’s warranty is backed by Panerai.

Refund of Mont Blanc Pen

I purchased a Mont Blanc pen for $399 + shipping + custom charges as I’m in the UK. Upon delivery to UK customs I was asked to pay another $125 which I refused and asked for the pen to be sent back.

Normal UK Parcelforce policy is to hold the item for 20 days before returning to sender (Jomashop in this case).

Parcel was returned on 22nd Aug 2018. Jomashop claim they haven’t received it. I can’t believe that it would take 3 weeks to return it whereas delivery into the UK is about 5-7 days.

I want to know where this parcel is? I’m sure it can be tracked by someone. UK Parcelforce said that it they sent it via their economy service which is about 15-21 days.

I’m not happy about this at all. The main reason is that I placed the order at midnight so at this point Jomashop is closed. I cancelled it by 7:00am next morning by which time they are still closed. They claim that order was shipped and too late to be cancelled. Not possible considering the time difference from the UK.

I have been lied to and need my refund of $399 + shipping charges. Very unhappy. Also customer services people I spoke to are very rude.

I bought a $229 watch on May 21st, and supposedly it will be delivered by May 25th (I was leaving the country in June 1st), so it was perfect. On May 25th I didn't received anything, and when I checked the traking number it was super strange.USPS 940011****489897****48. On my 25th at 4:45 am it indicates "return to sender" and at 8 am it indicates "out for delivery", I didn't received it that day or the next day. So I contacted with JOMASHOP, and they told me that it's normal 2-3 days delays cause Memorial Day (May 27th). So I went to my local USPS to ask directly to them and they told me that the company didn't pay enough money to send it , the company paid for lighter package, so USPS returned it directly to the company. Then I contacted with the company, and they told me that I returned the package and that they will refund my money. I was super upset because I wanted the watch for a important gift and it won't be on time. So I assume that I had back luck. And one more surprise the company refund me $224 , so they keeped $5 dollars, when I didn't returned it. In that moment the $5 was not so important, I was really upset because I lost something that I wanted, and I was living the country. I won't buy anymore with this company.

Absolutely do not buy any solar watches from them (or probably any watches). They refuse to answer emails at all and of the 3 solar watches I've bought 2 are faulty.

One never charged fully right out of the box and the other died completely within 7-8 months, and this is in the blazing Arizona sun.

Trying to get them fixed and communicate with Jomashop is like banging your head against the wall. These are Seikos and Citizens that normally run for a decade or two with no issues or service needed, but Jomashop finds a way to send out crap and after trying to reach them a half dozen times over the last two months I still don't know if they would even attempt to fix them if I sent them in because they refuse to do anything other than send out a form stating they don't change batteries and won't clarify if that includes solar capacitors which are pretty much the same thing.

I have been a customer for quite a while and have bought few watches from them as gift for my friends and myself. All watches arrived in good condition and had no reason to use their customer service.

But then the moment of truth came in. The last watch never worked accurately and called them and they told me to send it to the manufacture. I told them that i did not buy a new watch to have it repaired but the manufacture. So I called the manufacture and they wanted me to pay for both shipping.

I called back Jomashop and kindly they agreed to get it back. After a couple weeks I received the watch and not only it was not working perfectly, but it even got worse. The watch stopped working every day. I called them and they refused to take it back.

Conclusion: Jomashop do not stand behind their product. Bad customer service.

I ordered 2 mounts ago, and now - no watch, no money. According to investigation, UPS returned the package to Jomashop 6 weeks ago, because Jomashop didn't put the address on the package! Unbelievable!! 2 months passed, and there is no refund from Jomashop. They don't answer me essentially, just say wait. Don't make the same mistake, choose other company. {{Redacted}}
