Jomashop - Customer service
One of my first and worst customer service experiences. Amber customer service agent, not sure of the real name has the least interest to answer my questions and added to that she just hung up the chat on my face instead of answering my questions.
I placed an order on a watch which was due for shipping in 3 to 5 days, its been a week and the order was never placed. now I tried reaching out thru email and get one line responses. Hence started off a chat on the website and asked for help.
Which she did not have any, but feel so bad that someone cutting you out. totally bad bad bad customer service....i had been jomashop customer for past 7 years and will never shop again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
