I purchased a watch from Jomashop and it had arrived at my house defective. Only problem is, i found the defect after i had put the watch on.

On the return policy it states in bold that they wont give refunds if the watch was worn. So i called a customer service Rep who informed me that i will get a refund even after i wore it. I sent it back to them right away and am asking for a refund which can only be determined after the watch inspectors notice that the problem wasn't caused by me.

After looking at other reviews i think im out $500 and stuck with a defective watch. If anyone can give me some helpful advice or personal stories i would appreciate them.
