I have received a watch that I have bought for my husband (over $5000 price tag).The second day we discovered that it was not running properly, after experimenting with winding and wearing it for a few days, we contacted Jomashop asking for a replacement or a refund - and were denied.
They only offered to service it in New York, but this is an expensive Swiss watch and I don't feel like I want to keep it never worked properly, not to mention the fact that if it needs to be serviced, I would like it to be serviced by the manufacture.Stay away from this company at all costs!
