They sent the wrong item and I have been trying for over a week to exchange it for the right one. They claim you need an RMA number to do a return or exchange, but they will not respond to phone calls, emails- the worst costumer service i have EVER experienced!!!
I couldn't even call them because they said the call volume was too high, and other times it just had an automated recording saying to "call back later".
When is later?! I can't ever get through!!!!
