I've ordered a watch in june 2017 and what i got was a letter from the shipping company stating the box was empty and delivered to jomashop. This is when i felt something was wrong with the delivery and proceed to fixing it.
So far, its been 6 months and no refund nor watch. They said its on international claims since forever and i feel like i've been scammed. I hope this gets solved and i get either the watch or the money back.
It's been too long and the customer support is almost non existent. It's unnaceptable this kind of behavior and i wont stop complaining until it is fixed.
