I have had a similar issue. Ordered a watch as a xmas gift for my BF.

This was on 11/25 and it showed as in stock. Five days later they email to tell me that the item is not physically in their warehouse...but is on back order. My order confirmation showed it was protected through Google's Trusted Store program...so after waiting a bit longer with no shipping confirmation I got google involved. Jomashop replied and stated the item was due in soon and promised delivery by Christmas.

One day I checked their website and it once again showed the watch in stock. I emailed two representatives asking why it had not yet shipped. No reply until I again got Google involved. Finally they sent me a tracking number...which showed it would be delivered by end of day yesterday 12/23.

Didn't happen. Now the tracking shows 12/27. So angry. I suggest you contact Google though.

They at least got some sort of action and reply promptly. Good luck.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Jomashop Cons: Dishonesty, Deceptive business practices, False advertising, Broken promises.
