Ordered a watch that said it was in stock for my Father, paid extra for "Guaranteed Christmas delivery" Order sat in Processing for 24 hours and I called last night was on hold for over 20 minutes and was told it was 2-5 week backordered. I pointed out they accepted the payment and the email confirming the order said "Guaranteed Christmas delivery" Attitude was from the beginning why are you on my phone, no empathy, no apology.

I asked to cancel, an hour later it is still processing, I call back, ask for a manager, he only wants to say I am at fault as it has been out of stock for three days. I say it was not & the email says "Guaranteed Christmas delivery" He just wants to say over & over it is my fault I say cancel the order he hangs up on me.

WTF??? This was my first and last order with Jomashop.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1075.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
