Jomashop - Incompetent, obtuse, employees
Don't buy from this company. They will do anything and everything (illegal) to make sure they don't lose anymoney.
They don't understand there's cost for doing business. They told me to file a claim with UPS so they can keep half ($1,750) of the claim (which is totally illegal) without telling me they will only send me half of the claim amount. Their customer service really sucks but they will blame it all on you.
The problems start over nine months ago when I placed the order. It got put on backorder for two months and got lost in the delivery.
My creditcard company did a charge back for the funds ($3,600) but ended up giving them the $3,600. Jomashop told me they will file a claim with UPS to get me the $3,600 but after they received the check they're keep 50% of it for a charge-back fee.
Stay away, stay away, stay away!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $3600.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Jomashop Cons: Intentionally lied to me, Customer service and warranty and service policy.
