I ordered a Tissot watch to give as a birthday present so I paid for 2nd day delivery. 1.

It did not arrive on the day it was scheduled. I called Jomashop customer service 3-4 times. They were not helpful and have a rude attitude. When I explained that this has happened to me with BestBuy before with a very expensive laptop; and they shipped another one so I can get it on time.

One customer service said "We are not that kind of company". Really?!!! It finally arrived 4 days later. 2.

The watch box is much smaller than packaging box and NO padding was used. So ALL the outside corners of the watch box were either cracked or dented. The inside items including the watch itself were all strewn about with LOTS of dents and scratches in the inside walls. The plastic protection on the face of the watch is detached and crumpled up.

So you can just imagine the shock that the watch went through. Actually, I am not sure if this was caused by their packaging inadequacy or this watch was returned by numerous customers before and they just keep reselling it. They probably know these things about them already and feel that these OK in their world. Also, I cannot give this as a present anymore because of the condition of the box.

I am not even going to return it or asked for the 2 day shipping fee back because I do not want to deal with them anymore. I learned my lesson and will never do business with them, and will warn all my friends and family.
