Jomashop changed prices midway as I processing my order with no apology but offered me a $50 discount off the new price which was $330 higher.

Worse part was the delay in processing my order was the fault of their own customer service department either not responding or disconnecting live cat sessions.

Service manager was not helpful at all. I don't mind that it happened if they would admit their mistake and apologise instead of brushing it off with no care.

Have not come across customer service this bad in a long time. If tis is ow they handle easy issues, bate to see how they handle difficult ones.

I Will never buy anything from them in the future.
