The safety rotation bezel for my Oris Pro Diver Titanium Steel broke off leaving sharp spikes all around the dial. My wife purchased the watch 08/06/2014 for our wedding anniversary and called Jomashop on 06/15/2017 to ask for assistance with service.

Jomashop says "our warranty does not cover that, only anything internal mechanical parts are covered. " The Jomashop service representative stated I would need to take it to a local watch repair store to seek assistance . If you think you are getting an extended warrant by purchasing at Jomashop, you are not. I have purchased several Omega and other brands from Jomashop.

They advertise a fake warranty to make you feel like you have a quality timepiece but when it actually has a problem Jomashop offered no assistance. This will mean my last purchase from Jomashop.
