You almost lost me after I placed my order. I received an email acknowledgement, and that was it.

I called and waited a long time to get someone in the phone. Your chat on the website doesn't work. The person with whom I spoke casually indicated that the order would go out in time. I ordered with overnight shipment.

My bank account didn't indicate a withdrawal until after I received the order. The first indication of shipment came the night before it was due. The statement indicated that it would arrive 3 days after I required it to arrive. The next tracking message came several hours before my deadline.

The was still no withdrawal from my bank account, not even at the time that the package was delivered. During that time, my phone calls to your we're unanswered. There was no response and I was on hold to long. I wrote several emails during the day before and on the day of expected delivery.

There were no reply to them until I write requesting to cancel the order, and to that, you indicated that you would not refund or accept a return. If there was no one there to receive the package, FedEx would have left it at the door and it would have been stolen.

I'm very dissatisfied with your company. The only thing that worked in this experience is the watch I purchased.
