I called several times in an attempt to return the defective Invicta watch they sent me. No one picked up the phone, it just places you on hold.

I finally emailed them & they said that it was two days after my one-month return policy. They replied to my email after one week. I emailed a lady named Rina, I spoke to Ari & a "supervisor" named Roy. The supervisor hung up the phone on me after admitting that they hire temporary employees for the holidays that provide bad customer service.

They were unwilling to give me a refund.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are violating customer rights & keeping your money!

Here is a perfect example of these two individuals collectively bashing a person who posted a legitimate complaint against Jomashop."VAM" and "LIEV BERGER" are two people I have identified thus far.Surely they are employees of Jomashop. They consistently bash persons posting legitimate complaints against Jomashop.

Their behavior borders on the criminal. This REALLY needs to be stopped.
