I ordered glycine watch after spending hours and hours of search in there site, the site promised that item would ship in 1_3 days. After ordering I contacted customer service who was responding to all of my queries with silly one same word reply.
Finally I learned that item is not in stock and do not know when they can manage. They were not able to provide a tentative shipping date and asking would you need alternate item. II am cancelling the order but worried would I receive my payment back because I don't trust them. I saw many jomashop reviews buy people which were impressive and never expected such silly response.
I would rate the other online shops (where I made purchases) far far better. Hope someone from jomashop would see this and respond
