Awful customer service

I bought an expensive watch from Jomashop. Ten days later, nothing.
I email: no reply. I attempt to cancel via their website: no acknowledgement.
I call their help line and am on hold for 57 minutes, listening to their spiel about customer service. I was 40 minutes into the call before being given a wait time, which seems an effort to frustrate any attempt to obtain customer service.

I purchased a perfume gift set for Mother's Day from them. I received a perfume that's made by the same company; however, it's a different fragrance.
I requested to return it for the correct product. I sent them photos of what they sent and what I asked for. They responded, saying that that's the right product; it's just in a different package! Wow, I was shocked because they are from the same brand but totally different fragrance.
They refused to exchange or allow me to send it back for a refund unless I paid to send it back.
Lastly, the customer service is horrible. I don’t know how this place is still open.

I made a purchase (Order #: M4095LC8), which included the Extend shipping protection plan by default. After placing the order, I noticed this and immediately submitted an online request to cancel the plan.
However, I received no response, and two days later, the items were shipped including the Extend protection, for which I was charged.
I contacted Jomashop, but they were unable to cancel or refund the charge, even though the failure to respond to my timely cancellation request was on their end. In the phone call, they admitted that they were less responsive to online requests.

Be careful of this company. I get the impression they are selling defective watches.
I bought two Movado watches from them, and one had a defective band, which I discovered months after the 30-day return policy. (My jeweler noticed the defect.) The clasp wore down; otherwise, I would have returned it immediately. The other was also a Movado chronograph, which has never been accurate.
The problem with that watch also developed after months of wearing it. Their customer service department is horrible.

I purchased a watch listed as new from Jomashop in January. I received the watch and was surprised to see the terrible state of the box, which clearly had been tampered before.
I sized the band, and wore it for ONE DAY until I realized the watch wouldn't keep time correctly. I examined the watch to realize the second hand would skip forward every few seconds, so one minute took about 35 seconds to revolve completely, making the watch always fast.
I immediately returned the watch, which Jomashop received on February 5. I never received any communication or acknowledgment. Weeks later, I attempted to contact customer service, which is atrocious.
Chat and WhatsApp options are automated and never understand inquiries. WhatsApp never gives the option to go through to a live agent. They don't list a CS email address and wait times on the phone are 30+ minutes. I finally got through to someone on the phone, and was told Jomashop had refused the return because links had been removed (yes, but I did include them with the return) and the watch had been worn (yes, ONCE until I realized it was defective.) They told me the watch, which was sold as new, would be repaired instead.
I was told I would receive an email when it shipped back to me.
From then on, Jomashop kept the watch without any communication whatsoever, and never sent an email updating me on the shipment. Over 6 weeks later, I received the watch back and, to no surprise, it was STILL DEFECTIVE.
The seconds hand still skips, though a little less every few seconds, but it still only takes about 50 seconds to complete a minute, so the watch is still always fast.
I am not playing this same game again. I have sent Jomashop a message letting them know I demand a return or replacement, and if they don't respond promptly, I will be initiating a chargeback.
TL/DR: Jomashop thinks it has the right to sell a defective product as new, but that you don't have the right to return it because it is no longer new once you put it on your wrist.

Then I logged on to their website, only to learn that my order was canceled. I purchase items online quite a lot, and for many years I've never had an issue like this before. I strongly recommend not buying anything from these clowns. You will regret it if you do!
By the way, even if you opt out from their emails at the time of purchase and willingly pay a higher price for your item, you still get an inundation of emails!

I ordered the Omega DeVille automatic silver dial men's watch on Saturday, May 31th. I haven't received and order nor email confirmation.
The watch is not listed in my orders either. This was the last watch in stock, I got notification that I got the last one. What's going on??? I was on hold over 2 hours today June 2nd and kept getting message that my call would be answered shortly.
After a while, I looked to see if June 2nd was a Jewish holiday - and it is. The Jomashop phone messsage should have mentioned that it was a holiday instead of just saying that the office was closed!!!

- - Jomashop promised a full refund after I removed reviews, but only a partial refund was issued, and a second order never arrived with no refund.
"I've had issues with Jomashop; the seller sources products from them but isn’t responding to my questions, and I suspect they won’t ship. They’ve also sent me threatening messages, calling me mentally ill and saying they’ll put me on a blacklist. Is there any way to check if the item will be shipped?"
Representatives Annela and Kamela assured me that if I removed my negative reviews on Trustpilot and BBB, they would issue a full refund. Trusting them, I took down the reviews. However, despite their promises, they only refunded half of the amount.
Then, hoping things would improve, I placed another order (Order ID: P01-7721***-*257006, Merchant Order ID: 4066IIU), purchased on October 30, 2024, for $234.99. Unfortunately, this new order followed the same frustrating path.
Despite paying in full, the package never reached me, and tracking now shows that its being returned to the sender. To date, I have not received any refund for this order ($0.00 refunded) and am left without my product.
It feels as though Jomashop retaliated against me for my previous complaint. It appears they deliberately instructed the shipper not to deliver my new order, causing it to be returned as a form of "punishment" for the initial negative review. At the same time, they falsely accused me of fraud, implying that I received the products and am attempting to deceive them.
This entire experience has been surreal and deeply troubling.
Jomashops actions go beyond poor customer service; they border on unethical and questionable practices. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and hope that authorities investigate their behavior.
To anyone considering a purchase from Jomashop, please be cautious.
The discounts arent worth the risk, and their treatment of customers is unacceptable. I hope sharing my story will help others avoid this nightmare.

Not only did she fail to resolve my issues satisfactorily, but she also allegedly instructed the shipper not to deliver my order as a form of retaliation for a previous complaint I filed. This behavior is completely unacceptable for someone in a customer service role, where integrity and transparency are paramount. Kamela has created a hostile and frustrating experience, falsely accusing me of fraud and making it nearly impossible to resolve my issue. Her actions have tarnished Jomashop’s reputation in my eyes and, I believe, have negatively impacted the trust of many other customers. For the benefit of your customers and the integrity of Jomashop, I strongly urge that Kamela Rohit be terminated from her position.

Scam be aware

I placed an order with Joma Shop but canceled it within an hour. I contacted their support team to request a refund, and they told me the payment hadnt yet been processed on their end, so I should check with my bank.
However, my bank confirmed the payment had been charged.
Over the next few weeks, I kept following up with Joma Shop. They repeatedly claimed there was an issue with their accounting department, and I saw no progress. Eventually, they told me that the only way to get my money back was to place a new order and pay again with a credit cardthen they would issue a store credit for the original amount, not a refund. This made no sense.
I started to suspect something was wrong, so I searched online and found a review website where many other people reported similar issues and said they had been scammed by Joma Shop.
Thats when I realized I may have been scammed too.
I tried to contact them again via WhatsApp. They asked me to send my full credit card number, and unfortunately, I made the mistake of giving it to them. Shortly after, I realized that was very unsafe. I immediately canceled my card and contacted my bank.
The bank confirmed that another amount had been deducted from my account, so I was glad I acted quickly.
Finally, I filed a dispute with my bank to request a refund

They attract people with their low prices for luxury goods, but is it really worth it? Their customer service team is unprofessional and unkind.
I had an issue with a watch size; they didn't clearly communicate specifics, and unfortunately, I had to return it. I paid for shipping myself, and then they deducted shipping again. How crazy! I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
Their communication is poor, and I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them.
They're also from BK, so that says a lot. I'm a native New Yorker; I can say this with confidence.

I ordered a Rolex Deepsea on April 7, 2025 order # M407ZWHC, serial # 9052N575 and I didnt receive the manual and the Jomashop warranty card. I did receive the Rolex international guarantee card dated March 8 2022, I received the Jomashop orange card dated April 8 2025, is this normal to have two different dates, the watch does appear to be new, I would like to have what I didnt receive sent to me as soon as possible, please let me know what can be done.
