Jomashop - Order not received
I went on your website ordered and paid for a watch that was almost $300 on December 12th as of today I still haven't received it I got emails every week or so saying soon as it came in it would be shipped to me cuz I even paid extra for 2 day shipping now that the product is in one of your representatives name Rita is trying to tell me that it wasn't paid for so I sent her screenshots of my receipt for purchase and she still trying to tell me it's not paid for it was supposed to be a Christmas present and I would like my merchandise place it's been over a month

They sell watches already in bad shape and refuse to issue refund. Their customer service trick is: "you did not read our warranty policy and watch has been used "( wore on the wrist)..." I had to dispute charges with the help of my credit card and otherwise I would loose my money.
Do not buy from JomaShop!!!
Save you $$$ and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought the watch that broke twice in 20 days. First a link broke, next the watch froze completely. I send the watch back and asked for a refund since it was under 30 days store warranty. They refused to issue the refund and refused to fix the watch ... reason - the watch was used...means it was on my wrist. I had to call credit card and ask my credit card to file the dispute charges with JomaShop. That was the only way to get my money from them. NEVER BUY FROM JomaShop. That would never happen with Amazon...

Jomashop - Watch not received
I ordered a Tissot watch on 11-23-18 and have not received it and it appears I won’t. I have spoken to Both Eugene and Ella and they were truly uninterested in looking into this. After reading other reviews it appears this is common practice of taking orders and not shipping. These are truly horrible people.

Jomashop - Did not receive my watch
I ordered a 1200 watch for xmas gift. I received a EMPTY box i notifed customer service and was told under investigation i sent pics and does not look like i will be getting a watch or my money. I am being told that the watch was put in the box.

Jomashop - Worse customer service
Bought a Rey ben sunglasses. Lens came out of frame and frame turned color. Called for warranty and representative said since there price is low they do not have Rey ben warranty. I don't understand what price has to do with the warranty. It seems like they sell fake products and hiding from Rey ben lawsuit.
