Bad experience purchasing watch from Jomashop

I bought an IWC Mark watch from Jomashop. Comes with scratched screen. Not sure how they send through a scratched screen watch but the screen material is sapphire crystal... The ad listed the condition of the watch is excellent but it no where near excellent condition. With scratches in bezel, bracelet and damaged screen. Have photo sent to Jomashop and negotiating a solution. All I want is get bezel fix how it suppose to be. but their customer service is seriously Very bad. They replied: You can go ahead and set up a return online and we are unable to provide a prepaid return label as well. How is it a 30 days return policy mentioned in their website? Just ***

People beware about buying on Jomashop. They list products on their website that are not available. Moreover, their customer service is not very good. Their products are good and priced fairly. However, they are pathetic with their customer service. I even emailed their CEO at osher@jomashop.com but he seems to not care at all.

on 30.03 / 2020 I ordered a bulova crystal watch ($ 363), following the delivery history on 27/04/2020 I found out that the package was delivered but I did not receive anything, I gave countless emails to jomashop customer but they refused to answer, I came to a conclusion, jomashop is a one star company, my first and last order, I lost money and no product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JOMASHOP !!!!!

Due to my frustration, the coin dates are really 1972/1973 not 1982/1983. Sorry for the mistake.

In addition, they said that they do not charge until the item is on its way. LIE I'm out $1,716.03.

I ordered a watch March 28th. It was supposed to ship in 1-3 days.

Live Chat, email, and phone have been unresponsive for a week. I've never experienced this level of customer abandonment before. Not sure what to do next.

Call the cops? I feel as if I've been robbed.

I have purchased 3 watches from Jomashop, most recently a Raymond Weil. The watch stopped running within a couple weeks of purchase, and showed some condensation inside, even though I had never taken it swimming / diving (I actually do not know how to swim) or showered with it on. I went to a authorized Raymond Weil dealer, who told me the warranty card would be required. No problem, I go to look for the warranty card, only to find a warranty card from Jomashop. Obviously this was useless to the Factory authorized dealer. Undaunted, I went back to Jomashop, who responded to my inquiry by telling me to pound sand, because I was SOL. I did not know, and gave to thought to the fact that Jomashop was not an authorized dealer of the products they sell. Lesson learned, never again.

Within 2 months of wearing my watch, a freaking hand fell off the chronograph of an Omega Speedmaster! This is NOT a common issue, and there is essentially no history of this occurring. Have called three times to get ahold of a supervisor and they apparently just don't have one. Unprofessional, arrogant service reps who don't want to go the extra mile, even suggesting that this is my fault. I'm simply trying to get them to cover the shipping cost or request a replacement watch, rather than a repair. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY

Don't Order from JOMASHOP

I have been waiting over a week to find out the status of my order to no avail. I did the live chat and they said it was coming on Dec. 24th. Still nothing! I'm on the phone now waiting to hear from a customer service representative and I have already been on hold for 20 minutes and still no representative is answering the phone. This place has the worst customer service. It's a joke. I would NEVER EVER buy from them again.

Waited 3 weeks for a watch still in pending. I finally called Joma shop to see what was going on. Well I waited on hold for 20 minutes and finally someone answered the phone, I said I waited a long time the rep said its Monday and we are busy , I said thats not my problem, well the nasty rep hung up on me. I was amazed how unprofessional these ppl are. I called back on the sales line and cxled my watch. These ppl are so rude. They dont care about their customers. How dare they take so long and be so rude to customers that pay good money.
