Hello, so basically I made an order, right? For this Valentino Born in Roma cologne and it was supposed to arrive today, but I forgot to put the apartment number and I just had the address. Now it's being returned to the sender, so what should I do now?

I purchased a watch listed as new from Jomashop in January. I received the watch and was surprised to see the terrible state of the box, which clearly had been tampered before.
I sized the band, and wore it for ONE DAY until I realized the watch wouldn't keep time correctly. I examined the watch to realize the second hand would skip forward every few seconds, so one minute took about 35 seconds to revolve completely, making the watch always fast.
I immediately returned the watch, which Jomashop received on February 5. I never received any communication or acknowledgment. Weeks later, I attempted to contact customer service, which is atrocious.
Chat and WhatsApp options are automated and never understand inquiries. WhatsApp never gives the option to go through to a live agent. They don't list a CS email address and wait times on the phone are 30+ minutes. I finally got through to someone on the phone, and was told Jomashop had refused the return because links had been removed (yes, but I did include them with the return) and the watch had been worn (yes, ONCE until I realized it was defective.) They told me the watch, which was sold as new, would be repaired instead.
I was told I would receive an email when it shipped back to me.
From then on, Jomashop kept the watch without any communication whatsoever, and never sent an email updating me on the shipment. Over 6 weeks later, I received the watch back and, to no surprise, it was STILL DEFECTIVE.
The seconds hand still skips, though a little less every few seconds, but it still only takes about 50 seconds to complete a minute, so the watch is still always fast.
I am not playing this same game again. I have sent Jomashop a message letting them know I demand a return or replacement, and if they don't respond promptly, I will be initiating a chargeback.
TL/DR: Jomashop thinks it has the right to sell a defective product as new, but that you don't have the right to return it because it is no longer new once you put it on your wrist.

My experience with Jomashop has been nothing short of a nightmare, involving multiple orders and a pattern of unresolved issues. Previously, I placed an order with Jomashop, and after numerous problems with the delivery, I reached out to customer service.
Representatives Annela and Kamela assured me that if I removed my negative reviews on Trustpilot and BBB, they would issue a full refund. Trusting them, I took down the reviews. However, despite their promises, they only refunded half of the amount.
Then, hoping things would improve, I placed another order (Order ID: P01-7721***-*257006, Merchant Order ID: 4066IIU), purchased on October 30, 2024, for $234.99. Unfortunately, this new order followed the same frustrating path.
Despite paying in full, the package never reached me, and tracking now shows that its being returned to the sender. To date, I have not received any refund for this order ($0.00 refunded) and am left without my product.
It feels as though Jomashop retaliated against me for my previous complaint. It appears they deliberately instructed the shipper not to deliver my new order, causing it to be returned as a form of "punishment" for the initial negative review. At the same time, they falsely accused me of fraud, implying that I received the products and am attempting to deceive them.
This entire experience has been surreal and deeply troubling.
Jomashops actions go beyond poor customer service; they border on unethical and questionable practices. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and hope that authorities investigate their behavior.
To anyone considering a purchase from Jomashop, please be cautious.
The discounts arent worth the risk, and their treatment of customers is unacceptable. I hope sharing my story will help others avoid this nightmare.

Dear Jomashop Customer Service,
I am extremely angry and disappointed with my experience ordering from Jomashop. I placed an order for a Tissot men's watch on March 9, 2025 (Order Number: M407P8VU) and waited eight days with no updates.
My order was stuck on "Waiting for Shipment", and no one cared to update me.
I tried multiple times to reach customer service through live chat, but no one ever responded. I then contacted you on WhatsApp, where I spoke to Aleeya, who was rude, unhelpful, and completely irresponsible. This level of service is unacceptable.
Because of this terrible experience, I have now canceled my order.
I regret trusting your company, and I will never buy from Jomashop again. I will also make sure to share my bad experience so that others dont go through this frustration.
This was a horrible experience, and I will never recommend Jomashop to anyone.

They sold me a worthless extended warranty. When I had an issue and contacted the warranty company (Extend), they gave me a run around for a few weeks before denying the claim.
They claimed my item had a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Then, why did they sell me an extended warranty for one year knowing full well it was useless? Because they are scammers and a rip-off company.
When confronted, all they did was offer roundabout excuses. To top it off, their customer service rep goes by the name 'Shadey', how appropriate.

Appalling, ruthless service! If you are outside the USA, you will not save money using their service, and it is very costly to ship back goods.
I wasn't made aware of the 20 percent customs and import bill I would have to pay when the watch entered the country I am in. There was no option when I purchased the watch. I just had to pay $25 for DHL, and the total came to $301. They emailed me a few days later about taxes.
I emailed back and said I assumed it was in the final price with DHL and asked if they could please cancel the order. Now, they hadn't shipped it as it had been five days. This takes a minute to reverse on a credit card, and if they weren't so rapacious, they would do it. But they refused, and then immediately started the shipping process.
I sent another email of complaint, saying I could get the watch cheaper where I am, with added customs and import tax that I wasn't made aware of when I purchased from them. I heard no response. The watch shipped, and I had to pay an extra $60. To ship back (as they refused to cancel the order prior to shipping, and it was their mistake for not informing me of the extra $60) would cost me the loss of most of the tax I paid out and a big shipping charge, and so it wasn't viable.
The end result is that I could have purchased the watch in this country, cheaper and far quicker, and returned it, if there were problems. This will be the first and last time I will ever use this service. If you are in the USA, you probably save some money with them on a watch, but there is no warranty. If you are outside of the USA, using them is not worth it.
A very rude and ungracious service! I will stick to Amazon and AliExpress in the future.
They have learned the simple rule: keep the customer happy, and he comes back again and again. Jim's shop’s policy is to take your money and then ignore you.

I ordered a watch which was fairly expensive. Jomashop shipped it via UPS requiring a signature, but they added a restriction of not being able to pick it up at UPS.
I have a job and work away from home during normal business hours. I have called over 30 times, but no one ever answers the phone. The only way to contact them is through WhatsApp. After wasting four hours of my day, a simple solution would either be to deliver on Saturday or let me pick it up at UPS.
Each time I suggest this, the WhatsApp bot responds with 'Your item has shipped and your tracking number is...' If you need more help, call.
When I call the number, no one answers. Jomashop has the worst customer service, especially when you consider that they are selling watches ranging from $1000 to $30,000.

The customer service was awful, and then they sent me a defective Seiko -- the seconds hand stopped halfway between the minute marks. I had to return it, pay for return shipping, pay for the 'free' shipping they offered to send me the Seiko in the first place, plus 'handling'. And now, that defective Seiko goes on sale again for another unsuspecting customer like me.

Last time, I had a problem with a 1-year-old Mido watch. They were very reluctant with a solution.
In the end, I brought it to a jeweller for repair. It cost me 50 euros. I have bought 7 watches but never again. Bad customer experience because the warranty they claim to provide is practically worthless as it is not an original factory warranty.
If there is a problem with the watch, they only make matters worse. It's better to pay a few dollars more and get a full factory warranty.

Got scammed
I ordered a parfume for about 200 USD, but then I asked them to cancel the order because I found it slightly cheaper. Then the amount stayed as a blocked amount in my account, but instead of refunding the money they took it.
I have been in lots of email discussions with some not very cooperative support agent named Mikaela T, who just keep telling me I should check with my bank.
I checked several times, but they told me there was no refund and the money was taken. Cannot explain how let down I am.
