Resolved: Defective product

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Well it came to my knowledge that it needed to be demagnetized so that's what they did and they said they're gonna refund twenty bucks for my trouble.

I will admit they are willing to repair watch. I still feel that there claim that a superficial scratch on the outside of watch is the reason it stopped working is a pathetic excuse. I would look elsewhere when looking to make a purchase.

Bought a watch and within three weeks it stops working. They refused to refund my money because watch showed wear.

User's recommendation: Stay away. There is a reason their watches are so cheap.

It’s been a month and my order hasn’t been delivered

Hello, I ordered a Kate Spade Spencer Dome Cross Body Bag on April 28th and it was supposed to be delivered on May 5th but my bag hasnt been delivered. The tracking number is #M2DR0735. Please help me shipping my product! Thanks

Ordered item did not arrive

I ordered RayBan sunglasses on December 1st from Jomashop. When I hadnt gotten an e-mail saying they had been shipped, I called their customer service on December 14th, who assured me a shipment of the glasses had just come in, and I would receive them in 4-5 days (2nd day FedEx). This did not happen, so I sent an e-mail to Jomashop, via Pissed Consumer, and the same day received an e-mail that they had been shipped. Three days later, they arrived. I dont know if the shipment was just a happy coincidence, or if the help of Pissed Consumer was what worked- either way, I received the glasses (although it was about 30 days from the initial order).

User's recommendation: Let Pissed Consumer get involved in your on-line merchant complaint!

Returned a watch to them - had to pay postage and original postage!

I received a watch that was a gift for my husband. Unfortunately, it was huge and the watch itself was far too big for his wrist. I returned it the following day at a cost of $12.90. I was expecting a full refund but they deducted $7.60 from my refund for the original shipping cost to me. So it cost me $12.90 at the Post Office and $7.60 for the original postage - $19.90 to return a $32.99 watch. Customer service was very abrupt, told me that was their policy and was stated on the RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) which you have to get before you can return anything. It was, but I hadn't noticed. Many companies will provide you with a printable return label which costs you nothing. Although they have nice watches and my husband loves his replacement watch, I will not be buying anything else from the site because of their return policy and their lousy customer service.

I own few different time piece myself, and I am sure I know watches pretty well, first time I called, told them that my watch mechanism is making weird noise! I know a watch not worn for a period of time it will make some bigger movement when you start to wear them...

Very bad company to do business with

Purchased a ORIS watch from them back in Nov 2017. The watch band needed to be resized because my wrist was smaller then the band. Took it to a high end jewelry store and one link was removed. After two weeks or so the pins on three other links became loose and my watch feel off my wrist. I called the jomashop and was told they would not be able to help me because the jewelry store removed a link and I should go back to them. The watch was sent to me with a band that was to big for my wrist so that's what I have done in the past to get it resized so it would fit. There is no manufacturers guarantee because it was purchased from a gray market dealer. They meaning Jomashop states one to five year guarantee on what they sell. Well that's not the case with my purchase. The watch retails for 2000.00 I paid 1200.00 but still this company is not doing anything to help correct the problem so i will dispute my loan I have that I purchased the watch with. BBB is next

Jomashop Mont Blanc Warranty No Good

Mont Blanc does not recognize Mont Blanc as an Authorized Dealer ! The warranty is no good . Currently have a BETTER BUSINESS BUEAU complaint . Mont Blanc will not respond has a “F” rating with the BBB Here in North Texas

Well, in the end, it worked out just fine. Surprised me in fact.

I received an email about a week ago saying my watch had been repaired and was being sent to Jomashop's shipping department.

Within 5 days my watch arrived. It had obviously been sent to Omega for repair....

Anonymous: Water resistant to 100 meters is supposed to include swimming in a pool.

And to the Smitty comment, I've had a 5 Rolex's (1 Submariner, 2 GMT, a Datejust and an Explorer II) and never had a problem swimming and diving to 20-30 feet with any them. My $300 Casio nighthawk has endured the pool and ocean for 5 years.

Back in the '90's I had Patek Nautilas swam regularly with it, too.

Not sure where you get your information.

UPDATE:

It's now been 14 weeks and even with repeated phone calls and emails, I've had no return calls or emails. No status report whatsoever. It seems that my watch has been stolen by Jomashop. Don't know another word to use.

I'm thinking of a small claims action as I don't know what other recourse I have available. Does anyone have other ideas?

Complete scam

I ordered a $2,000 watch from Jomashop 5 weeks ago. No contact at all from customer service in spite of numerous emails. This week, they email to tell me that the watch is no longer available. But they are still advertising it - at the same price! On emailing them about this, they respond with the generic "We apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact a customer service representative for more information." They appear to be advertising as many watches as possible so that they appear to have 'range' advantage. But have none of these in stock and cannot secure the price they advertise. Essential to e-commerce is customer service. Bezos focused on this entirely and he has build a phenomenal company which continues to expand its competitive advantages. Jomashop has no customer service. Enough said.

Read policies and never expect more than you deserve !!!

you leave yourself no room for satisfaction that way.

You even said you altered the watch "We had both watches sized" I do not know of any online jeweler that will take that item back !!! and you do not know any either !!!

We all buy a lot of things but i have NEVER asked to return something i altered myself, NEVER!!

to ask is OK but to demand is wrong, unethical and and to review when denied rightfully is disrespectful and childish.

I agree with the comments before me, you are clearly confused , i feel more about right and wrong than the difference between a warranty and service altogether any reader can easily tell you are looking for a return and not a repair.

funny, but you looked right at the loop and the "damage" but ignore it , good video, bad message.

Maybe ask for exceptions and courtesy but i can clearly see a "damaged" loop , no stains seen but how can a video show exactly , you need a loop as a jeweler would use and i do the same when i buy new watch as scratches and other minor issue are easy to miss

No response via email or phone

bought a watch, and wanted to return it. Jomashop requires you to have a return authorization number. I had to input my sales number online. The system said that my sales number didn't exist. I sent 4 emails to jomashop letting them know the problem and what I was trying to do. No email response. I called several times. The first time they didn't answer, recorded message. 2nd and 3rd times, the number was not in service. And the last time, at 4pm today, they said they were gone for the day, and office hours were done. (suppose to be 6pm). I am not a happy camper and will not do business with them again. So annoyed!!!
