Bought a brand new seiko divers watch ,received on the day with damaged crowns,next day saw a watch centre who glanced over it and said that they should be able to turn, send it back and get a refund. Contacted Jomashop told me to fill in a rma form and send it to them.

So I had the watch for less than 24hrs,had to chase them up only to be told that it wasn't there, but I traced and tracked it and it had been signed for 3 days earlier. After contacting them again 3days later,Rina asked for the tracking number as they had not seen the watch,2hrs later she got back to me with i the customer had damaged the watch and that I can't send back a damaged watch and expect a refund. I was shocked, emailed back and forth no luck, then they came back and said that there warranty doesn't cover,watch case,glass,bezel,screws,crowns,finishes,clasps. So they can send a damaged watch and then hide behind this list.

I have been doing research on your shop and business practice and have discovered that I am one of a great many people that have received a defective watch and sent it back only to have you respond in a similar way. I know and so do you that the watch was sent defective and that you are hiding behind the "scratches", which probably are from you.. So based on that you are oblicated to honour your warranty policy.

I think you should carefully consider your options. So buyers beware you have been warned they will scam you
