I placed my first order with Jomashop 10 days ago. The order still has not shipped and continues to read "processing" with no update.

The Jomashop phone line says they "cannot answer due to high call volumes." Their live chat says "we cannot chat now" and they have not responded to an email I sent to their customer service five days ago. I understand that shipments may be delayed due to the holidays, but I just want an update on my order.

It's really not that hard to get service right. Just be responsive to your customers.

I'm also in the same situation. Ordered my watch 7 days ago with no updates. This is not cool and not worth my time.

I'm going through the same thing. It's incredibly frustrating and annoying.

My tracking status says that USPS has received notice that they should be receiving a package, but as far as I can tell haven't received it. It has been this way for the last 12 days.

I ordered my watch about 15 days or so ago. No one has responded to any emails I have sent.
