I purchased a Tissot watch and have had to send it back twice to be fixed. When I asked about a refund since I believe I was sold a lemon they were extremely rude.

I talked to the manager Roy who would not let me get a word in and when I asked his full name and said I was taking the matter personally and would I then want his home address and wife's name. I asked to talk to his supervisor and he said there was no one above him.

Would never do business with JOMAshop again and would encourage others to stay away. They are difficult to work with and do not work well with customers to resolve problems.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $360.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
