I am currently fighting them through the BBB but so far no luck! I purchased a Raymond Weil from them back in spring of 2017 as as a gift and it started having problems with the Chrono in less than a week from receipt.
Due to the fact that the watch has been sized and it was passed their 4 day no questions return policy it had to be sent back for repair. This is where the nightmares begin, all said Jomashop has had this watch for longer than I ever owned it it has been sent back twice for failed repairs and in the time they have serviced it they damaged the inside of the crystal or the face of the watch...
I cannot tell. If you're looking for a high value/high class watch save yourself some pain and go elsewhere!!
