Jomashop - They will take your order even if they don't have the watch
Wanted to buy a watch for my son's graduation. Jomashop had what looked like a good price--a special for graduation season.
Great! Ordered with 2 weeks to spare. Get an email days later saying the watch is backordered 4-6 weeks. That email goes to my spam folder so I didn't see it for a few days.
So here I am just a few days before graduation having to cancel the order because they WILL NOT TELL YOU if the watch you're ordering is on backorder until after the fact. When I called customer service the service was awful.
They were so completely nonchalant about the whole thing and wrote me an email full of typos and incomplete sentences. Do not order from them!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.The customer team whomever wrote the reply email to customer definitely has failed his English test.No even bothered to update the customer the status of the delivery after collection of the money.This will be my last purchase with JOMASHOP.
