I am writing to express my deep concern regarding my recent order, placed on December 18th, with Order ID M3QQ5820. Unfortunately, despite the extended shipping protection plan I purchased, I have not received my order as of today, January 2nd.

The products I ordered were intended for my family and were meant to be part of our Christmas celebration.

Regrettably, the items are still in transit, with UPS and USPS tracking information showing that the package is circulating without a clear delivery timeline.

This delay has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment for my family, especially during the holiday season. I had chosen Jomashop with the belief that the extended shipping protection plan would ensure a timely and hassle-free delivery experience. However, the current situation has been quite the opposite.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and seek information on the status of my order. It is disheartening to receive this level of service, especially after having paid for additional protection.

I would appreciate your assistance in expediting the process and ensuring the timely delivery of my order.

User's recommendation: POOR customer service. NO Manager /supervisor to handle the situation . They call FAITH as manager / supervisor and she hasn't returned my call yet. Placed order on Dec 18th 2023, still haven't received. I paid next day shipping to get my order on time before christmas but they totally messed up order. I tracked with the UPS tracking number and order has been returned back to Joamshop itself . I called them today to check(Jan 8th 2024 and they don't have any details. JOMASHOP STOLE MY MONEY . SHAME ON YOU GUYS.
