Ordered a watch a week ago and no response nor any updates for a week. Emailed but no response.
Finally was able to chat with someone who told me the watch was backordered and would be available in 3-5 weeks. Their excuse was that the website did not update quickly enough. I found the same watch at a different website for cheaper. This was my first time trying out Jomashop and it was nice that it was a google trusted store.
However, the lack of good customer service has given me good reason not to do business with them in the future. Plus, you can find many of their watches on other websites for cheaper.
